Right of withdrawal\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"wd-accordion-opener\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-content wd-entry-content\" data-accordion-index=\"4\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><p>A buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, except where the right of withdrawal does not apply under the law.<\/p><\/li><li><p>To withdraw, the buyer must inform SIA \u201cKRIPEX\u201d of their decision by sending a withdrawal notice to <a href=\"mailto:info@birdie.lv\"><strong>info@birdie.lv<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>After sending the withdrawal notice, the buyer must return the goods to the seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer, unless the goods do not match the order or the terms of the contract.<\/p><\/li><li><p>In the event of withdrawal, the seller refunds the payment received for the goods, including the original delivery cost up to the standard delivery rate. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until the buyer has provided proof of having sent the goods back.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The refund is made without undue delay and within the time limit set by law, using the same means of payment the buyer used for the original transaction, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.<\/p><\/li><h3>Condition of the goods when withdrawing<\/h3><p>During the withdrawal period, the buyer may inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/p><p>If the goods have been used more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, the buyer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from such use.<\/p><p>The seller may reduce the refund in line with the reduction in the value of the goods if the goods are:<\/p><ol data-spread=\"false\" start=\"1\"><li><p>damaged through the buyer\u2019s actions or improper use;<\/p><\/li><li><p>used more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning;<\/p><\/li><li><p>dirty or otherwise damaged as a result of improper use;<\/p><\/li><li><p>otherwise reduced in value through the buyer\u2019s actions.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Keeping the original packaging is not a condition for exercising the right of withdrawal<\/strong>, unless the law provides otherwise for the specific goods.<\/p><h3>Non-conforming or damaged goods<\/h3><p>If the goods received do not match the order, are damaged or have another defect, the buyer should inform us as soon as possible <a href=\"mailto:info@birdie.lv\"><strong>info@birdie.lv<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p><p>In such cases, the seller pays the cost of returning the goods if it is established that the goods do not match the contract or the order.<\/p><\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-title wd-role-btn\" data-accordion-index=\"5\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-accordion-title-text\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t6.
