Why is the Discraft Joy a special addition to your bag?
-
An emotional story and design: The disc is named in honor of Paige's grandmother Joyce (Joyce). It is a personal tribute, made to give confidence on every throw, just as Paige feels it on the course.
-
The ideal “in-between” slot: The Joy is faster than the Fierce but slightly slower than the Buzzz. It delivers a clean, confident release when you don't want to use maximum power but need precise control at medium range.
-
Inspired by the Sol, improved with stability: Joy takes over Discraft Sol the characteristic easy glide (glide), but adds greater torque resistance (torque resistance). It holds up confidently against wind and won't fail even on the most powerful throws.
-
“Point-and-Shoot” kontrole: This disc is made to hold precisely the angle you put it on. Throw it straight for a “laser” line, use hyzer for precise placement, or set up on anhyzer – the Joy will reliably flatten out with a forward-driving finish.
Paige Pierce Prototype Joy description
“The Joy fills a gap Paige felt in her disc lineup. It is a disc that gives clean control without needing maximum power. It is a reliable instrument combining glide with stability, letting the player focus on precision instead of power.”
